We send directors, film makers and other industry representatives your photographs. All other information is restricted to WSA only.

Everyone who submits a photo to the model link will secure the opportunity to be seen by director's world wide. This includes modeling events and other venues that require model types such as movies, videos, commercials, etc. Only a select few will be contacted in reference to becoming a Bangin Model to represent WSA's finest. International women will be considered for sponsorship and working permits. Under 18 must have their parent's permission. We here at WSA hold our Bangin Models to the highest of standards and request recent photos. You may submit up to 3 photos with the fact sheet. We recommend using GIF or JPEG for best results. You should submit at least one head shot. Other pictures including evening wear, swimsuits and intimate apparel are also recommended. If you feel you have a lot of different looks and want to submit additional photos you must complete another application, we just ask that where it has vital statistics you type in 2nd set of photos or updated photos so we can keep all your pictures under the same file number. Your head shot should be attached to the Fact Sheet and the other two photos should be attachments. We understand that it is often difficult to make every casting call so we have made it possible to submit samples of your work be it a home video or one where you were featured. You must first become a member and then only those videos accompanied with a $27.00 (US) check or money order made out to Winsome Sinclair Casting will be processed. Please include the same information you have put on your fact sheet to insure that your files remain together.

In order to qualify to be a Bangin Model, you no longer need to be from the New York area. Due to popular demand we are opening our doors to a world wide search. We have already received many responses from British Columbia, Puerto Rico, Trinidad, Brazil, Canada, Washington, Miami and Chicago to name a few. WSA is a Casting Agency who is called upon on a daily basis to provide all types of people for all types of Movies, Videos, Commercials, Fashion Shows and other entertainment around the world. Becoming a member doesn't automatically make you a Bangin Model in our national registry. Check out our membership page for more information.

Welcome to WSA Entertainment. The following is a description of the terms under which WSA Entertainment offers you access to its services. To become member of the national registry, please read this Terms of Service Agreement. By registering as a member and/or otherwise using the WSA Entertainment Web site you agree to the terms, conditions, guidelines and notices contained in the Terms of service agreement. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our web site. The amended terms shall be automatically effective immediately after they are posted to our web site. This Agreement was last revised on November, 2002.

I. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

WSA Entertainment provides both free and pay-on-line services including but not limited to on-line portfolios, professional directories, e-mail, and contact information. These services are usable by all registered users and may be viewed by non-registered users. Production companies and/or casting agents (hereinafter "Hiring Parties") may also be able to view your on-line portfolio. WSA Entertainment is not a Talent Agency, and WSA does not represent you or its members as an agent, manager or otherwise. By paying the applicable membership fee, you are paying for the right Have your picture put on our national registry and access various WSA paying member-only services. Your National registered portfolio may be seen by Hiring Parties who use the services of WSA. Hiring parties who use WSA services may be charged a commission or fee related to their use of the WSA service but WSA members are not charged any commission or fee related to their employment received from Hiring Parties through WSA unless separate contracts are drawn up to state such. WSA does not offer services directly related to any member's future employment, and WSA does not take any commissions or other fees from its members in connection with any employment a member might obtain. Accordingly, you are responsible for the applicable membership fee regardless of whether or not you are contacted by a Hiring Party and/or secure work.

II. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to become a “Bangin Model”. Some exceptions are made with parents consent for our national registry and/or use of the WSA Entertainment services.

III. MEMBER CONDUCT

You understand and agree that all information, text, data, software, photographs, graphics, messages, video, or other materials (hereinafter referred to as "content") whether publicly posted or privately transmitted are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. Therefore, you and NOT WSA Entertainment are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via any of WSA Entertainment services. WSA Entertainment does not control the content posted on its services and therefore does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality. You understand that by using the service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. The opinions and views expressed by WSA Entertainment members or visitors do not necessarily represent those of WSA. WSA reserves the right to remove or modify anything submitted to its service and to cancel any free or paid membership, at any time, for any reason and without prior notice. In addition, WSA Entertainment at its sole discretion, may terminate your account including accounts of paying members, or block your access to certain member features for violation of the letter or spirit of this Agreement. You agree to notify WSA Entertainment immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The following is a non-exclusive list of actions and content that are prohibited on the WSA Entertainment site.

i) Uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that promotes illegal activity in any way. WSA Entertainment reserves the right to report violations of this provision to, and will cooperate with, law enforcement agencies;

ii) Any use of copyrighted, trademarked, patented, or otherwise service marked material without the express permission of the author or owner, the commission of any acts of copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property infringement, or contributing to, including, or facilitating such infringement;

iii) The manipulation of identifiers in any way in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through WSA Entertainment services or develop restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images;

iv) The harming of minors in any way;

v) The uploading, posting or transmission of any material that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunication equipment;

vi) Intentionally or unintentionally violating any local, state, national or international law;

vii) The collection or storage of personal data about other users;

viii) Impersonating any person or entity, including but not limited to, an WSA Entertainment official, or misrepresentation of your affiliation with a person or entity,;

ix) Uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any content that you do not have the right to transmit under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationships, such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements;

x) Uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising , promotional materials, "junk mail," "SPAM," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;

xi) If you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of the WSA Entertainment web site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purposes.

xiii) Using WSA Entertainment except if explicitly authorized in writing by WSA Entertainment, to contact WSA members for talent placement services, booking or any other form of recruitment, agent services or job placement offer; offering any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership," distribution or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only, requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.

IV. CONTENT SUBMITTED TO WSA ENTERTAINMENT

WSA Entertainment does not claim ownership of the Content you place in your National portfolio or in other sections of the WSA Entertainment web site. By submitting Content to WSA Entertainment for inclusion in your WSA Entertainment portfolio or in other sections of the WSA Entertainment web site, you grant WSA Entertainment the world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your WSA Entertainment portfolio and/or the WSA Entertainment web site your portfolio is listed on. The license exists for as long as you continue to be a WSA Entertainment member and shall be terminated when you request from us by email that your content be removed and you have received confirmation from WSA Entertainment of the removal of your content. You also represent that you have full power and authority to comply with this Terms of Service Agreement without violating the rights of others and agree that your use of WSA Entertainment and its services will comply with this Terms of Service Agreement without violating the rights of others.

V. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WSA Entertainment shall NOT be liable under any circumstances to any user due to that user's use or misuse of the site or reliance on the site. WSA Entertainment DOES NOT GUARANTEE the legitimacy or identity of any user, including any Hiring Parties, or any information or advice provided on WSA Entertainment, including any information or content provided by Hiring Parties or other third parties. WSA Entertainment DOES NOT GUARANTEE that any users or members, including Hiring Parties, will use the WSA Entertainment web site properly or in compliance with the policies applicable to them. WSA Entertainment DOES NOT GUARANTEE that any member will successfully obtain a role or employment of any kind as a result of membership in or use of WSA Entertainment. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with WSA Entertainment is the cancellation of your membership as detailed below or the termination of your use of WSA Entertainment. Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from the use or misuse of the site or reliance on the site, from inability to use the site or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the site or services offered on the site, including damages incurred by third parties. Such limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or goods received through or advertised on the site or received through any links provided by the site. Such limitation shall apply, without limitation, to the cost of procurement of substitute services, lost profits, or lost data. Such limitation shall apply with respect to the performance or non-performance of the site or any services, information, or merchandise that appears on, or is linked or related in any way to the site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Such limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

VI. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify an hold WSA Entertainment and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your content, your use of the service, your connection to the service, or your violation of any rights of another.

VII. NO GUARANTEE OF SERVICE

WSA Entertainment provides its services on a commercially reasonable basis and does not guarantee that members and/or users will be able to access or use the services at times or locations of their choosing. Specifically WSA Entertainment reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue temporarily the service or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that WSA Entertainment shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

VII. ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

WSA Entertainment runs advertisements and promotions on the WSA Entertainment web site. By creating your on-line portfolio on WSA Entertainment, you agree that WSA Entertainment has the right to run such advertisements and promotions in a manner and with such frequency that is subject to change. Your dealings with advertisers and their promotions found through the service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services are solely between you and the advertiser. You agree that WSA Entertainment shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the service.

IX. LINKS

Links to the World Wide Web and other resources may be available through WSA Entertainment’s services Because WSA Entertainment has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that WSA Entertainment is not responsible for the availability of these resources and does not endorse any of the content, products, advertising or any other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Accordingly, you acknowledge that WSA Entertainment is not liable for any loss or damage which occurs as a result of using or relying on the content, goods and services found on these other sites.

X. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

As a member, you agree that the use of this site is entirely at the member's own risk. The site is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. All express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary rights, are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. WSA Entertainment disclaims any warranties for other services or goods received through or advertised on the site, as well as for any information or advice received through the site or through any links provided by the site. Neither WSA Entertainment nor any third party content provider makes any warranty with respect to any content, information, services, or products provided through or in conjunction with the web site.

XI. CHARGES & BILLING

Membership fees should be renewed yearly with updated pictures. It is the member’s sole responsibility to update yearly information with new photos. The term of this agreement is limited to some members to 12 months. Unless and until this agreement is canceled in accordance with the terms herein, you hereby take responsibility for maintaining your membership. You hereby authorize WSA Entertainment and its website with the partial use of paypal to charge your credit card for any and all purchases of products, services, and entertainment provided by the site.

XII. DURATION OF MEMBERSHIP/ CANCELLATION

The term of your membership begins on the date you register as a member of WSA Entertainment and will continue until you cancel your membership as set forth above, unless it is otherwise canceled by WSA Entertainment pursuant to this Terms of Service Agreement. You can cancel your membership at any time by delivering notice to WSA Entertainment via email. You understand and agree that the cancellation of membership is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with WSA Entertainment. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to or arising out of: (1) any term of this agreement, or WSA Entertainment’s application of this agreement, (2) any policy or practice of WSA Entertainment, (3) the content available on WSA Entertainment, (4) the internet or any change in content provided through WSA Entertainment; or (5) your ability to access and/or use WSA Entertainment and its services.

XIII. NO RESALE OF SERVICES

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, rent, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service.

XIV. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The failure of WSA Entertainment to exercise of enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions off this agreement to remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the service or this agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
